Reviews

ESPC Services has been appointed by several clients in projects involving reviews of large numbers of internal case files from multiple jurisdictions, and where appropriate to triage or initiate required action.

We are often  requested to review internal investigations to ensure compliance with appropriate standards and advise on determinations, risk issues, and systemic responses.

In addition ESPC Services can review and advise on:

• Internal processes including internal investigations

• Complaint handling and response procedures

• Compliance with general principals of due process, and specific protocols and standards

• Risk assessment procedures and options

In addition we review internal systems, protocols, and staff adherence; and benchmark these against regulatory and peak agency standards.
