Our team has years of individual experience in these areas. Since the formation of ESPC Services we have conducted well over 200 reportable conduct investigations, and many more child protection and serious misconduct investigations.  Those cases have been in all Australian jurisdictions, as well as New Zealand and the Pacific.

Our cases are always sensitive, often conflicted, usually complex, and sometimes involve historic allegations dating back many years.

Many of our reports are directed to statutory compliance and review agencies, with whom we have strong working relationships. Some have been tested in the courts.
