Operating in a Covid-19 Environment

 

Since early 2020 it's been clear that corona virus will have a major and enduring impact on the internal organisation and workplace arrangements of businesses, and how they interact with clients and the people they deal with.  This certainly applies to ESPC Services and presents particular challenges with regional and interstate cases, and the sensitive work we do.

Internally, we're working from home offices while maintaining a serviced office for deliveries, contact, and essential meetings.  Otherwise, we're maintaining normal operations including case work, using Zoom video-conferencing for meetings, case conferencing, and personal interviews.  We adopted Zoom early in 2019 and it's been an outstanding success - flexible, personal while affording witnesses in interviews the comfort of separation, saves time for everyone, and has led to considerable cost savings for our clients.

However, we do recognise that Covid-19 is a crisis and has led to difficulties and stress for everyone.  We understand if you don't have normal availability or need to make special arrangements.  If there is anything we can do to make things easier we will.  Please call to discusss at any time.
